Westminster City Council (WCC) formally granted the existing planning permission to Grosvenor Square Limited in February 2012 to develop a new residential scheme of exceptional homes at 20 Grosvenor Square.

The site sits within one of the world’s leading neighbourhoods for pioneering design excellence. Derelict since 2007, work has already commenced to carefully restore the building, providing new homes and helping reinforce Mayfair and St James’s as the most extraordinary place to live in London.
