The rejuvenation of 20 Grosvenor Square will return a derelict building back to use as a prestigious residential address, encouraging the creation of a vibrant community and providing much needed family accommodation in the area.
20 Grosvenor Square will include underground car parking to ensure its residents do not take up the limited parking allocations in nearby streets, minimizing any impact on neighbours. Improving on previous plans, we would introduce a car lift to allow better management of car park access for residents.
The car park will be accessed using two car lifts from Providence Court, controlled using an intelligent management system to warn drivers when lifts are in use, thus eliminating any need for waiting.
The design will achieve the highest levels of sustainability, with a focus on responsible sourcing and technologies that ensure efficiency and sustainability. And the majority of materials we extract will be reused or recycled by our award-winning contractor, McGee Group.
